This will be a unique chance for you to hear from and meet many great candidates running for office in Nebraska – all in one day! No matter where you live in Nebraska, at least two candidates at this event will be on your ballot in November.
When & Where:
The event will be an open-house style potluck from 2 – 7 pm at the home of Alan & Nancy Meyer in northern Saunders County (1 hr W of Omaha, 1 hr N of Lincoln). It’s also Nancy’s birthday!

Potluck and Meet the Candidate in Cedar Bluffs
Join us with your family and friends
for a potluck lunch and lots of talk
at the new park on the west end of Main Street
in Cedar Bluffs
(this is the southwest side of the Village)
on Saturday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bring food to share, your own beverages and table service,
lawn chairs and, if you want to cook out, a grill,
as the park grills may not be there by then.
There is a brand new playground
and a new ball court and restroom, too.
Dennis Crawford will be there –
he’s running to represent us in Congress in 2018!
March 25th County Party Meeting
Nebraska Democratic Party Spring Meeting
• March 17 Events: NDP Office, 201 North 8th Street, #201, Lincoln
• March 18 Meetings: Lincoln East High School, 1000 S 70th St, Lincoln
The Nebraska Democratic Party (NDP) looks forward to seeing SEC and SCC members along with grassroots Democrats and other party leaders at our Spring Meeting in Lincoln!
At our quarterly meetings, the NDP conducts party business, issue and constituency-based Caucus meet to plan events and we gather to further the goals of the party—electing Democrats at all levels in our state. The Climate Caucus and the Welcome Reception takes place on March 17. The other Caucuses, Congressional Districts, SEC and SCC meetings all take places on March 18.
Please register for the meeting so we have your name tag all set. There is no cost to attend the meetings. On March 17, appetizers and local beer is sponsored by the Lancaster Democrats for the Welcome Reception.
On March 18, the NDP and Lancaster Democrats will sponsor a light breakfast of muffins and coffee at no cost. You can bring your lunch. If you want to eat lunch that we provide, you must pay $10 in advance.
